Individual Tape Feeders
The tape feeders are totally independent from one another, offering maximum flexibility. When one feeder runs out, it can be removed and replaced without interrupting assembly. The feeders can be easily re-positioned for each job to provide optimum throughput. Feeders may be changed out en masse using the optional Feeder Cart.
Smart Feeders eliminate feeder loading errors and provide a real time inventory for each component. Smart Feeder capability is standard on the 3Z and optional on the 3SX.
